PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Our teacher training is divided into three stand-alone modules—Mat, Reformer, and Apparatus—which together make up the Comprehensive 500-hour Program. Students can enroll in modules individually or commit to the full track at a discounted rate.
Each module includes:
In-person weekend workshops (intensive, hands-on learning)
Comprehensive manual with full repertoire, setup, and cueing details
Observation and practice hours
Mentorship and open studio time
Written and practical exams
Graduates are prepared to sit for the National Pilates Certification Exam (Mat or Comprehensive, depending on their chosen track).
