    Simple and sweet this is our most budget-friendly room—simple, cozy, and just enough. It features a queen bed, private bathroom, and closet space, and is located toward the back of the property. Perfect for easygoing travelers who value comfort, privacy, and a great location without the extra frills.

  • Not at all! Classes are designed for all levels. Whether you’re brand new or have years of practice, you’ll be supported with modifications and challenges tailored to your body.

  • You can fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN) or the new Tulum International Airport (TQO).

    • From Cancun (CUN): The drive to Amansala Resort is about 90 minutes. We’ll arrange your roundtrip transportation to and from the retreat.

    • From Tulum (TQO): This airport is closer—just about 30 minutes from the resort. Transportation to and from TQO is also included.

  • Absolutely! Many participants come solo and leave with new friends. Shared rooms are a great way to connect with others, and single rooms are available for those who prefer more privacy.

  • Amansala offers eco-chic, comfortable rooms ranging from beachfront singles to shared garden rooms. Each space is unique with rustic yet stylish design, air-conditioning, and private bathrooms.

  • Meals are fresh, locally sourced, and nourishing—think tropical fruits, fresh fish, salads, and hearty vegetarian options. Dietary needs (vegan, gluten-free, allergies) can usually be accommodated—just let us know in advance.

    • Comfortable clothes for Pilates & Yoga

    • Swimsuit, cover-up, and sandals

    • Sneakers for excursions

    • Lightweight clothing for warm weather

    • Sunscreen, bug spray, and reusable water bottle

    • Passport (valid for at least 6 months from travel dates)

  • Cancellations by participants less than three (3) weeks prior to arrival are non-refundable and subject to a charge of two (2) nights based on the occupancy type. If you cancel prior to, you will receive a refund minus the $500 non-refundable deposit.

  • Final payment is due by December 5, 2026.

  • We recommend it for peace of mind in case of unexpected illness, flight cancellations, or emergencies.

  • Yes, Amansala has Wi-Fi, but many guests choose to unplug and enjoy the natural surroundings as much as possible.

  • Yes! While Pilates is a central part of the retreat, your guest is welcome to participate in excursions, meals, and relaxation time.
