This classical Pilates mat teacher training program teaches the traditional Pilates method, teaching techniques, basic anatomy, advancements, modifications, and fundamentals. Our 165-hour program is structured to provide a hands-on experience, with trainees actively participating in group exercises and demonstrating their understanding and application of the techniques. Under the guidance of our experienced instructors, trainees refine their own practice and develop the ability to deliver clear and effective instruction.
Trainees acquire the skills to offer modifications, progressions, and variations through practical sessions and supervised teaching practice, ensuring safe and effective sessions for their future clients. Please note that this training is the first step toward completing the Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program.

This 450-hour comprehensive certification program is designed to be both an extensive and intensive teacher training program in the Pilates method of movement. Teacher Trainers learn every exercise on every piece of equipment and receive in-depth instruction on how to teach all body types at all difficulty levels, enabling the program to be safe, effective, and inspiring.
