Yoga Flow

A steady-paced class that links breath with movement. Expect energizing flows, deep stretches, and grounding moments to connect mind and body.

Yoga Sculpt

Take your yoga up a notch. This class adds light weights, pulses, and strength-based movements to a traditional vinyasa flow.

Expect to sweat, shake, and feel stronger from the inside out.

Unwind & Align (45 minutes)

The ultimate feel-good reset. This calming class uses gentle movement, breathwork, and props to help you stretch, realign, and fully release.
