OUR CLASSES MEET YOU WHERE YOU ARE

At MBS Pilates, you can be new to the reformer or deepening your practice. Each session blends control, alignment and functional strength to help you feel stronger and more connected. From slow, core-focused work to
high-energy sculpt classes, every workout builds full-body awareness with intention and precision.

TYPES OF PILATES WE OFFER

  •  A multi-level, full-body workout using the reformer machine to build strength, control, and core stability. You’ll move with precision and purpose, strengthening your deepest muscles while sculpting your arms, legs, and back.
    Great for all levels—new clients should start with a Beginner or Beg/Int class.

  • A prop-powered Pilates class performed on the mat. You’ll use items like foam rollers, balls, and bands to strengthen your core, tone your thighs, and flatten your abs. Breath and alignment are the name of the game here.
    All levels welcome.

  • Using springs and bars attached to the Reformer’s Tower, this class blends Cadillac-style exercises with a grounded, supportive surface. Expect improved posture, flexibility, and a big sense of accomplishment.

  • This low-impact, high-energy combo class includes mat, reformer, and jumpboard work. You’ll build endurance, improve coordination, and get a deep burn in all the right places.
    Fun, fast-paced, and oh-so-sweaty.

  • A full-body, low-impact blend of classical mat Pilates and resistance props like Bala rings, bangles, and bars. You’ll strengthen, tone, and align—all while having fun.
    Appropriate for all fitness levels.

CLASS LEVELS

  • Our Foundations class is ideal for those that are new to Pilates, yet is still challenging enough for a seasoned practitioner. This class aims to teach the basic principles to help you build a strong Pilates base. You will become familiar with the reformer equipment while learning proper form, breath, core connection and control.

  • Our Elevate class is the perfect next step after Foundations. Elevate is for clients who feel ready to challenge themselves a bit more with a faster pace, longer sequences and more challenging moves. This full-body workout will continue to build your strength while conditioning you to move more fluidly on the reformer.

  • Power Pilates is a sweat-inducing workout designed for experience practitioners. This high-energy class blends advanced Pilates work with functional movement patterns and props. In this class, you will further your development of full-body strength while refining precision and power.
    Prerequisite: instructor approval

  • Flow through the advanced classical Pilates order using seamless transitions and powerful movement. This class refines your technique while demanding precision, control and stamina.
    Prerequisite: 20 Elevate classes + instructor approval.

  • Circuit is a high-energy workout where you rotate through multiple apparatuses, including Reformer, Jumpboard, Chair and Mat. Your body will be challenged in a fresh way each class by experiencing variety at a quick pace.
