Jade Johnson
Jade has always had a passion for fitness, having been a former athlete. She is a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor with over 500 hours of training and a strong foundation in health and wellness. With additional training and hands-on experience working with prenatal and postnatal clients, as well as athletes looking to enhance performance, strength, and mobility, she creates intentionally guided sessions that honor each body’s unique needs.
Her classes are designed to cultivate confidence, strength, and ease, leaving clients feeling supported, empowered, and deeply connected to their movement practice.
