Katie has always had a passion for movement and a deep love for fitness. Her journey with Pilates began two years ago while she was preparing for her wedding—and it was love at first flow. The strength, balance, and mental clarity she gained through Pilates quickly turned it from a workout into a lifestyle. Before discovering Pilates, Katie taught Jazzercise, where she first fell in love with the rhythm and energy of group fitness. That experience laid the foundation for her combining her love of movement with a desire to help others feel their best.
