Katie Parker
Katie first came to MBS as a client and quickly fell in love with the precision of classical Pilates and the deep mind-body connection it demands.
Her teaching style emphasizes finding more by moving with greater intention rather than simply “working harder.” Katie is completing her teacher certification through the MBS Comprehensive Program, where her education includes anatomy, biomechanics, movement assessment, and extensive supervised teaching. Her goal isn't simply to help people exercise, it's to help them discover that moving with intention and understanding can lead to greater strength, confidence, and freedom in everyday life.
