Anne Taft
Anne has more than 25 years of experience teaching yoga, breathwork, functional movement, and corrective exercise. She discovered the power of yoga following the events of 9/11 as a way to cope and soon thereafter, began instructor training. She holds certifications in Vinyasa, Yin, fascial release, posture alignment therapy and corrective exercise. She also has intensive training in yoga anatomy. Anne’s classes are intelligent, intuitive, and deeply supportive—designed to help you feel stronger, calmer, and more connected.
