Yes! Most of our clients were total beginners when they started. Our instructors are experts at meeting you where you are and making sure you feel comfortable, confident, and supported in every class.

Wear comfy clothes you can move in (fitted is best so we can see alignment), and bring grippy socks (available in-studio if needed). Water is always a good idea, too!

Absolutely. We specialize in thoughtful, supportive movement and offer plenty of options for modifications. Your private session is a great time to talk through any injuries or concerns, and we’ll customize accordingly.

We’ve got you! You’ll receive a welcome email after you sign up with tips, class suggestions, and how to schedule your private. You can also reach out any time and we’ll personally guide you based on your needs and goals.

This is a great way to experience our fun studio and expert instruction. It will allow you to get some experience with our equipment, try all the pilates, yoga, and barre classes, and get a feel for the instructors to see if our studio is a good fit for you. The private will introduce you to the fundamentals of Pilates, allow you to review your health history, and give you a quick tour of the studio.
